How Long Does Delivery Take?

✅ Our premium art prints are shipped in 1-3 business days.

✅ Our framed prints are shipped in 2-5 business days.

👉 The above are the advertised delivery times. We aim to deliver as soon as possible, however some deliveries may take longer than expected. In unusual circumstances, untracked deliveries can take up to 30 days to deliver. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding in this regard.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping company, you will receive an email from us with your tracking link.

I Haven't Received My Order?

It is possible that your order has been delivered to a neighbour, a local post office or pickup point, or that your order has been returned to us. Here are steps you can take:

- See if someone else has accepted the delivery on your behalf (a front desk/reception, another member of your household, or a neighbour).

- Look for an attempted delivery note, or an email update from the shipping company.

- Contact the shipping company handling your package directly via the link in your tracking email.

- Get in touch with us for help.

How Will My Order Be Packaged?

✅ We are committed to reducing the use of single-use plastics.

✅Unframed fine art prints are hand-rolled and shipped in extra-thick cardboard tubes.
✉️A4 or smaller in the UK or EU - thick cardboard envelopes.

✅Framed prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or in-transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy-duty cardboard box.

Where do we ship your prints from?

🌱 We are committed to being as environmentally friendly as possible - we make up to order and produce locally; we have production studios in various locations across the world to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible and to get your artworks to you quickly and easily. Your artworks will be shipped from the production studio closest to you.

What do I do if I have an issue with my order received?

🔎 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

In the unlikely event of damage, please send photos of any damage AND the packaging it arrived in to returns@favouriteplaceprints.com so that we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
