Refunds and Returns Policy

We want you to love your print. If you don't, returning it is free. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.

Changed your mind? Free returns within 14 days

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive it.

  1. Tell us within those 14 days by emailing printsplaces@outlook.com with your order number. A clear statement that you want to cancel is all we need, or you can use the model form below.
  2. We'll arrange your free return. We'll reply with how and where to send your item back. The return postage is on us.
  3. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, packed carefully (ideally in its original tube or box).
  4. Your refund: we'll refund the full price you paid, including any delivery charge you paid, within 14 days of receiving the item back or of you showing us proof that you've sent it, whichever is sooner. The money goes back to your original payment method, with no fees.
  5. You're welcome to unwrap and look at your print as you would in a shop. If it has been handled beyond that (for example trimmed, written on, or framed or hung with fixings), we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your print arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email printsplaces@outlook.com as soon as you can, with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We'll put it right with a free replacement or a full refund. You'll never pay to return a faulty item. If we need it back, we'll arrange the return at our cost.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that you're entitled to a repair or replacement, and then to a refund if that doesn't put things right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different size or frame is to return your item free as described above and place a new order.

Refund timing

We'll email you once your refund is approved. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.
